Our team

Our nursery manager and dedicated staff team include two trained SENCOs and an Early Years teacher, ensuring we can support children with special educational needs and individual learning styles. Many of our practitioners have been with us for years, creating trusting relationships with families and providing consistent, high‑quality care. Parents often tell us how much their child has grown in confidence thanks to the warm, nurturing environment our team creates every day.

Parent partnerships

We believe strong relationships with families are essential. Our Grandir UK app provides regular updates on routines, activities, and your child’s progress, helping parents stay connected throughout the day.

We host a variety of events including stay and play sessions, parents’ evenings, sports days, and seasonal celebrations such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and graduation ceremonies. Our lending library encourages a love of reading at home, and our friendly staff are always available for face‑to‑face conversations or email support.

Garden

Our spacious garden is divided into two areas to meet the needs of different age groups. Babies and toddlers enjoy a safe, nurturing outdoor space, while older toddlers and preschool children have access to a larger area designed for active play and exploration.

The garden leads directly to our enchanting forest area, where children enjoy mud kitchen play, climbing equipment, natural exploration, and hands‑on learning experiences that support physical development, confidence, and curiosity.

Activities

Children enjoy a wide range of absolutely amazing activities including Boogie Mites, multi‑sports, yoga, creative play, and water play. Our educational programmes support essential life skills, communication, physical development, and emotional wellbeing.

Outdoor play is a cherished part of our daily routine. Children love collecting acorns, exploring natural materials, observing wildlife, and discovering the world around them, experiences that help them develop confidence, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for nature.

Community outings

We love exploring our local community. Children enjoy visits to the nearby park, local shops, and places like Whiteley, where they can discover new sights and experiences. These outings help children connect with their surroundings, build confidence, and enjoy shared adventures with their friends.
