About GrandirUK and Our Group Structure
GrandirUK is the corporate and trading name used by a group of nurseries and early years providers operating across England.
The GrandirUK group consists of a number of legally separate companies (each a “Group Company”). Each Group Company may operate one or more nurseries and/or employ staff within the group.
Although Group Companies operate under the GrandirUK brand and share certain systems, policies, and central support services (such as HR, IT, finance, and administration), each company remains a separate legal entity and may act as a data controller in its own right in respect of the personal data it processes.
Depending on the circumstances, personal data may be processed:
– By the specific Group Company that you engage with (for example, the nursery your child attends or your employing entity); and/or
– By other Group Companies or central support functions providing services on behalf of that entity.
Where personal data is shared between Group Companies, this is done in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal policies designed to safeguard personal data.
