Providing high-quality childcare

Our nursery teams are supported by experienced early years and education specialists, who work alongside them to continually develop the quality of care and education each nursery provides.

Our Early Years and Compliance team provides guidance and expertise across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), quality improvement and Ofsted requirements, while Learning and Development Specialists provide practical, on-the-job training.

We monitor quality through measures including Ofsted inspection outcomes and feedback from families, helping us recognise strengths and identify opportunities to continually improve.

High standards for every child

Every GrandirUK nursery is committed to providing high-quality care and early years education, with teams continually working to develop and improve their practice.

Care and education through our ME Model

Our ME Model helps embed a consistent approach to care and education across our nurseries, supporting children’s individual learning, development and experiences.

Safety is everyone’s responsibility

Keeping children and colleagues safe is a shared responsibility. Our teams follow clear policies, procedures and practices designed to support safety and wellbeing across our nurseries.

Working together with families

Strong relationships between nursery and home help us provide care that reflects each child’s individual needs. We keep families informed and involved, with regular opportunities to share information, ask questions and talk about their child’s experiences and development.

Our commitment to your child

Child centricity is in our DNA: Our ME Model sets out the behaviours, attitudes and practices our staff model with the children.

Reflecting the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and entwined with our company mission, vision and values, it describes what every child deserves to experience and forms the “DNA” that runs through our GrandirUK nursery teams.
