From settling-in and everyday routines to mealtimes, sleep and personal care, we provide responsive care that meets children's individual needs. As children become more confident, we encourage them to develop independence while always being there when they need support.
Understanding their development
Every child develops at a different pace, so understanding their individual journey is an important part of our approach. Our teams observe children as they play, interact and explore, building a picture of what they know, what they can do and what they are interested in. We use these observations to carefully track their progress and plan experiences that support their next steps.
