At Kiddi Caru Redhill, we take pride in our beautiful, age-appropriate gardens and play areas designed to prepare children for their future school journey:

• Ducklings (3 months – 16 months): Our baby room is a warm, inviting space thoughtfully designed to support the early development of our smallest learners. Featuring a newly refurbished terrace garden, this serene outdoor area allows babies to engage with nature and enjoy fresh air. Inside, the room is equipped with soft, sensory-rich toys and cosy nooks to promote exploration and comfort.
• Waterlilies (16 months – 2 years): The Waterlilies room is a vibrant, engaging space tailored to the curiosity and energy of little learners. This room features a thoughtfully designed room with soft, colourful furnishings and interactive play areas that encourage exploration and development. It boasts a spacious downstairs outdoor area designed specifically for toddler exploration and discovery.
• Cygnets (2-3 years): Our Cygnets room offers a stimulating environment for toddlers aged 2 to 3 years with age-appropriate toys and engaging activities. It has an engaging outdoor space that encourages active play, perfect for toddlers to develop their skills and enjoy physical activity.
• Swans (Preschool room): Our preschool classroom provides an enriching environment for children aged 3 to 4 years, designed to spark curiosity and support early learning. The preschool garden includes a magical treehouse and a growing garden with herbs and flowers, providing a rich environment for imaginative play and sensory experiences.

We believe in learning beyond the classroom, providing children with daily outings and activities that make every day an adventure. Our local community delights in seeing our children happy and singing, as well as spotting our Kiddi Caru wagon on its many adventures.

• Picnic Adventures: We love going on a picnic! Each room has colourful picnic blankets and wicker baskets that the children love taking along with them.

• Parachute Play: Fun and interactive group activities.
• Acorns Care Home Visits: Monthly trips to engage with the local care home.
• Tesco Trips: For exciting cooking activities with the children.
• Great Community Relationships: Building strong ties with local families out in our community.
• Forest School Sessions: Our Forest School sessions offer a range of exciting activities, including climbing, swinging, building, woodcraft, jumping in muddy puddles, and learning about fire safety.

• SEN Support: Our Deputy is a trained SEN teacher. We have a strong track record in assisting children with food struggles.
• Chef’s Support for Weaning: Our chef prepares fresh, nutritious meals on-site, catering to various dietary needs using a traffic light system.
• Inclusive Care: Up to age 1, we provide all formulas, nappies, wipes, and Sudocrem at no extra cost.
• Comfortable Environment: Air conditioning, underfloor heating, and natural lighting with a home-from-home environment, curiosity-driven approach.
• Regular Events: Our events have become the talk of the towm, including Valentine’s Day Ball, August Carnival Day, Halloween Monster’s Ball, Wine and Cheese evenings, July Sports Day, Santa’s Grotto, Tea Parties, Spring Party, Euros Celebrations, Horley Carnival, Saturday Graduation Parties, and Room Open Evenings.

We are comitted to our teams wellbeing and host weekly wellbeing initiatives and room leader meetings to maintain high morale.
