About Our Day Nursery in Ower
Our curriculum
Our Early Years curriculum places each child at the centre of their learning. We embrace the Curiosity Approach, allowing children’s natural inquisitiveness to guide their learning experiences. We encourage exploration, creativity, and curiosity through activities that help children understand the world around them. Staff design experiences that support communication, physical development, problem‑solving, and early literacy, helping children prepare for school with confidence.

Our team
Our long‑serving staff members create a warm, supportive atmosphere where children feel secure and understood. Many of our team hold Early Years qualifications, ensuring high‑quality care and education throughout the nursery.
Parent partnerships
We believe strong parent partnerships are essential. Families receive regular updates through our Grandir UK app, and our team is always available to explain routines, discuss progress, or address any concerns. We also offer home‑learning resources and host events that bring families together, helping parents feel connected to their child’s nursery experience.
Our facilities
Our nursery is housed in beautifully converted stables, creating bright, airy spaces filled with natural light. Each room is designed to inspire curiosity and creativity, offering a safe, engaging environment for play and learning. Each room is designed to inspire curiosity and creativity, ensuring that children feel comfortable and engaged as they enjoy their surroundings.
Playrooms
Our playrooms support different age groups and stages of development. Our Baby Room offers a calm, nurturing environment with direct access to outdoor spaces. Toddlers and preschool room is a stimulating room split in half to support both toddlers and preschool children. This inviting space encourages independence, communication, and exploration. Children transition between rooms based on readiness rather than age, ensuring a supportive process that meets each child’s individual needs.
Our Garden
Our gardens offer children a space to explore, engage in beneficial outdoor play, and enjoy fresh air every day. The larger garden includes climbing equipment and open areas for active play, while the smaller garden provides a cosy, secure space for younger children to explore safely.

Activities
Children enjoy a variety of activities that support physical, creative, and social development. These include sports sessions, tennis, music and movement, and opportunities to explore nature. Each activity is designed to build confidence, skills, and a love of learning.
