Our location
Our nursery is located in the heart of Grange Park Northampton, just off Junction 15 of the M1. Positioned on Wilks Walk, we are close to local shops, the Co‑op, and the Amazon Distribution Centre, making us a convenient choice for families commuting across Northamptonshire.
About Our nursery
Our curriculum
We follow a well‑considered curriculum inspired by the Curiosity Approach, offering in‑the‑moment learning opportunities that reflect children’s interests. This approach helps children build confidence, independence, and a strong sense of self as they prepare for school.
Our comprehensive curriculum supports communication, physical development, problem‑solving, and emotional well-being, helping children make excellent progress across all areas of learning.
Our team
Our dedicated team is at the heart of our nursery. Many staff members have been with us for over a decade, creating a familiar and supportive environment for children and families. Our skilled staff bring a wide range of early years expertise, including speech and language support, Sing & Sign, Little Learners, mental health first aid, SENCo training, and Autism Awareness. With all staff trained in paediatric first aid, families can feel confident that their children receive safe, attentive care every day.
Parent partnerships
We believe strong relationships with families help children flourish. Our Grandir UK app keeps families updated with daily activities, routines, and progress.
We also offer take‑home activities, a lending library, and regular events such as Stay and Play sessions, fun days, Mother’s Day breakfasts, Father’s Day tea, and Grandparents’ Day. These moments help every family member feel part of nursery life and strengthen our community.

Our facilities
Our nursery features eight well‑resourced playrooms designed to support different ages and stages:
Water Vole Room – Babies
Kingfisher & Otter Rooms – Younger toddlers
Tugboat & Moorhen Rooms – Older toddlers
We also have a lovely sensory room and an office near the entrance, so families can easily reach a member of the team.
Garden
Our open‑plan garden is accessible to all ages, with a separate area for babies and younger toddlers. Children enjoy a mud kitchen, a vegetable patch, a den‑building area, a mini‑beast area, a sand and water play section, and space to run, climb, and explore
We also have two pet rabbits, who help children learn about caring for animals and taking responsibility in a nurturing way.
Activities
Children enjoy a wide range of fun and beneficial activities, including: Boogie Mites, Sing & Sign, Move & Groove, Innovate & Investigate, Yoga, Loose‑parts play and Make & Bake using fresh ingredients from our garden. These experiences support creativity, physical development, and a love of learning.
Community outings
We regularly explore the local area, taking walks to nearby woodland and parks. These outings help children connect with nature, build confidence, and enjoy hands‑on learning beyond the nursery environment.
