About Our Nursery
Curriculum

This curriculum incorporates a child-led and nature based approach to Early Years education, giving children the ideal setting to learn and grow within a calm environment and explore their interests.
Our nursery offers a variety of engaging experiences, including our bespoke educational programmes which include Sow and Grow, Move and Groove, Make and Bake, Innovate and Investigate, Health and Self activities, as well as Boogie Mites, multi-sports, and yoga, all designed to support the children’s development and well-being.
Team
Our exceptional team is composed of highly trained and experienced staff dedicated to providing the best possible care and education for our children. Led by our nursery manager, who brings years of expertise in Early Years education, our team is always available to discuss children’s progress and offer guidance on supporting learning at home.
We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment, featuring specialist staff, including long standing trained Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs), ensuring every child receives the support they need.
Parent Partnership
Our parents’ evenings, play-and-stay sessions, lending library and special events such as Christmas celebrations, Mother’s Day activities, and graduation ceremonies provide wonderful opportunities for families to connect with our nursery community and assist their child’s learning journey.

Facilities
Playrooms
Our well-resourced playrooms are designed to be a creative, safe, and well-equipped space for children to maximise their inquisitiveness and discovery whilst encouraging learning. These rooms ensure children’s interests nurtured are supported and developed.
We believe in a transition system that allows children to move between rooms based on their readiness rather than age. Our room designations are as follows: Bumblebees for our babies, Ladybirds for younger toddlers, Caterpillars for older toddlers, and Butterflies for our preschool-aged children.
Garden
Our lovely garden is thoughtfully divided into two sections: one for babies and toddlers, and the other for preschoolers and older toddlers. It features a Mud Kitchen and various other outdoor resources, leading directly to our forest area. The children can enjoy climbing structures and play equipment, making it an engaging environment suitable for all ages.

Activities
We also offer a wide range of activities designed to spark curiosity, fun and development. These include nature walks, Yoga classes , sports and more!
Community Outings
We enjoy regular outings to local parks, shops, and nearby areas such as Whiteley, allowing our children to explore their community, build their confidence and engage with the world around them.
