About Our Matford Green Nursery
Curriculum
At Kiddi Caru Nursery, we offer a thoughtfully blended curriculum that combines the child-centred philosophy of the Reggio Emilia approach with the cosy, nurturing principles of the Hygge ethos.
The Reggio Emilia Approach encourages creativity, exploration, and collaboration, allowing children to take an active role in their own learning. The Hygge Approach creates a warm and calming atmosphere, promoting well-being, comfort, and a strong connection with nature.
Alongside these enriching approaches, we incorporate our key education programmes to provide a well-rounded and inspiring early learning experience for every child.
Team
Our amazing staff is made up of a dedicated team with extensive experience in Early Years education. We are fortunate to have long-standing team members, who have contributed to the consistency of care for our children and families.
The manager has worked for the company for over 20 years, and many key staff have been with the nursery since its inception. We have also successfully nurtured apprentices who have progressed into senior roles, further strengthening our team’s expertise and commitment.
Many of our staff are Level 3 qualified, and we continuously invest in their development, including first aid training and professional growth. We celebrate every success, big or small, and ensure our staff feel supported, happy, and valued in their roles.
