About us
At Dundonald Road Nursery, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Our well-resourced classrooms are filled with engaging toys and educational materials designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in every child.
We also boast a large garden, offering ample space for outdoor play and exploration, where children can enjoy fresh air and develop their physical skills. Additionally, we have access to a spacious park just across the road, further extending our outdoor activities and adventures.
Our nursery is designed to be a home-from-home environment, offering a cosy and familiar space that helps children feel secure and comfortable. This setting allows them to confidently explore, learn, and grow in a place that feels like an extension of their own home.
Activities at Dundonald Road
Our nursery offers a diverse range of activities designed to enrich children’s experiences and support their holistic development.
PE
Our PE sessions are structured to promote physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork. Through engaging games and exercises, children develop their motor skills and learn the importance of staying active.
Forest School Sessions
We bring learning to life with our forest school sessions, where children explore the natural environment, build resilience, and foster a sense of adventure. These sessions encourage problem-solving, creativity, and a deep connection with nature.
Boogie Mites
Our Boogie Mites music and movement program is a favourite among the children. It combines singing, dancing, and rhythm-based activities to enhance cognitive development and build social skills in a fun and energetic setting.
Yoga
Yoga sessions at Dundonald Road offer children a chance to improve their flexibility, balance, and concentration. Through playful poses and mindfulness exercises, children learn to relax and develop a sense of inner calm.
Care Home Visits
