We provide a diverse range of early childhood education that sparks curiosity and builds children’s self esteem so they can feel confident within themselves, giving them the best start to life.
Our Curriculum
At Dicky Birds, the child is at the centre of all we do. Our curriculum is thoughtfully focused to ensure that every child leaves the nursery as a strong communicator, confident and independent, active and engaged learner, and critical thinker.
Our curriculum and practices are inspired by a variety of theorists and approaches. We incorporate elements of the Curiosity Approach, creating a warm, home-away-from-home atmosphere with natural resources.
We encourage children to explore the world around them, using this pathway to enhance their learning opportunities and lay a strong foundation for their future. We begin with our younger children, creating safe and secure attachments with adults and encouraging them to actively explore their surroundings using our Pathways to the Future to enable this.
As your child grows through the nursery we use our unique and engaging educational programmes designed to inspire and nurture young minds.
