Dicky Birds St Andrews Hall Breakfast and After School Club

Children can enjoy breakfast before school and a hot evening meal after school, freshly prepared on site to provide balanced, nutritious food.

We cater for dietary requirements and allergies, with clear procedures in place to help keep children safe. A first aid trained team member is always on site.

Our breakfast club gives children a welcoming start to the day, with time to settle before school. After school, children can relax, spend time with friends and enjoy a range of activities.

We work closely with local schools to support smooth transitions between school and club

Our team takes time to get to know each child, building positive relationships that help them feel comfortable, confident and included.

By working closely with families, we create a welcoming club where children can enjoy their time before and after school.

We work closely with parents, sharing regular updates about their child’s time at the club.

Our team is always happy to talk, answer questions and share information, helping to create a consistent and supportive experience for each child.

After school, children can choose how they spend their time, from creative play and games to group activities and time outdoors in the garden.

With opportunities to be active, spend time with friends or simply unwind, children can enjoy the end of their day in a way that feels right for them.

Eligible families can use Tax-Free Childcare towards the cost of our Breakfast and After School Club. For every £8 you pay into your childcare account, the government adds £2, up to the applicable annual limit.

Eligibility depends on your circumstances, so we recommend checking the latest government guidance before applying.
