Parent Partnership

To keep you connected and informed about your child’s day, we use our nursery app, a powerful tool that offers real-time updates on your child’s activities, progress, and daily routines. From nap times and meal updates to exciting moments, you’ll always have a window into your child’s experiences during the day.

We host a variety of special events to bring our nursery and preschool community together, for example we occasionally host Book and Clothes Swap events, encouraging those involved to share and exchange items to be more eco-friendly.

Facilities

Our classrooms are designed to create a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere for every stage of your child’s development. We have three dedicated rooms, each thoughtfully arranged to meet the unique needs of different age groups, ensuring that all children can thrive in a space that supports their learning and growth.

Playrooms

Daisy Room is specially designed for our youngest children. This space provides a calm and comforting environment where babies can begin to develop their early social and sensory skills. With a focus on safety and gentle care, our team creates a home-from-home atmosphere to help your child feel secure and loved.

In Blossom Room our toddlers are encouraged to become more independent and curious. This room is filled with engaging activities and resources that promote cognitive, physical, and social development.

Sunflower Room is where our older children prepare for their next big step into school. This playroom is set up to inspire learning through play, with resources that support early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Our focus is on developing confidence, cooperation, and a love for education, ensuring that each child is ready to thrive as they move on to the next stage of their educational journey.

Outdoor Space

Each age group has its own dedicated garden area, ensuring that outdoor activities are safe and developmentally appropriate. This tailored approach allows children to play, and grow at their own pace in a space that supports their physical and sensory development.

Our amazing, spacious gardens are filled with opportunities for adventure and learning in a natural setting. With a variety of play equipment like climbing frames, balance beams, and a mud kitchen, children can build their physical skills while engaging in imaginative activities. We also feature a growing garden where children can get hands-on with nature by planting and caring for their own fruits and vegetables, sparking curiosity and a love for the outdoors.

Activities

We believe that learning through play is the best way for children to develop and grow. That’s why we offer a variety of educational activities designed to support each child’s development.

One of our favourites is Boogie Mites, a lively music and movement session that helps children discover rhythm, sound, and coordination. This activity plays a vital role in developing listening skills, language, and physical coordination through the power of music.

We also run Sing and Sign classes, which introduce children to simple sign language through songs and interactive activities. This helps to enhance their communication and support early language development, giving children the tools to express themselves even before they can talk. Sing and Sign sessions are a wonderful way for children to build courage and learn new ways to connect with those around them.

Community Outings

Our regular outings to nearby parks and playgrounds offer children the chance to come to know their surroundings, engage with nature, and enjoy a variety of outdoor environments.

These trips provide valuable opportunities for physical activity, helping preschool children to develop their motor skills, coordination, and a sense of adventure as they run, climb and play in open spaces.
