Planning childcare fees just got easier with our new nursery fee calculator!

GrandirUK has launched a new nursery fee calculator, designed to help families quickly understand estimated childcare costs while exploring their nursery options.

Now available on our website, the easy-to-use tool offers families a simple way to view nursery fee estimates based on their child’s age and preferred sessions without needing to enter extensive personal details.

The calculator has been developed in response to feedback from families seeking clearer cost information earlier in their childcare journey.

By offering instant estimates, the tool supports informed decision-making and helps families feel more prepared before booking a visit or submitting an enquiry.

Final fees may vary depending on individual requirements, and families are encouraged to speak with our Parent Engagement Team for personalised guidance.

How the calculator works

The nursery fee calculator provides an estimated cost in under two minutes by asking families to:

• Confirm whether they are exploring a nursery place or already attending
• Enter their postcode
• Select the number of nursery days required per week
• Provide an estimated start date
• Enter their child’s date of birth or due date
• Confirm their government funding eligibility (15 or 30 funded hours)
• Provide their contact details, including first name, last name, email address and phone number
