Our 1-2’s Room Leader, Lucy, is currently carrying out a team leader and room leader Management course and ECO project. So, to promote healthy living within the nursery, Lucy invited tennis coaches from University of Exeter to visit the preschoolers.
The children were very excited to welcome Tots Tennis to the nursery to carry out an exercise session! We wrapped up warm and carried out a variety of activities with our guests. As well as being fun, these sessions help develop the little ones balance, co-ordination, fine and gross motor skills. The children loved using the rackets and worked as a team. One child enjoyed the session so much, they stayed and joined in with the second session as well!
