About us

Our guarantee

Our guarantee ensures that every child and every employee has the opportunity to blossom:

  • All our nurseries have an ambition to be outstanding – our children deserve no less.
  • Our commitment to providing exceptional care and education for our children is embedded in our DNA through our ‘ME Model’.
  • Safety of our children and our teams, is all our responsibility.

Providing a quality service

Alongside our Regional Managers, our highly skilled Early Years and Education team support our nurseries to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families on a daily basis. Our Head of Early Years and Education not only provides the strategy for our quality framework but has a hands on approach in nurseries, working alongside the teams to continually develop practice.

Our nursery teams are supported by our Early Years Specialist, who drives our outstanding ambition through focus support groups and expertise in the EYFS and Ofsted outstanding inspection criteria, our ambition is to deliver outstanding outcomes across all Grandir UK nurseries in the future.

Our Learning and Development Specialists are field based and work across a specified group of nurseries to provide training to staff on-the-job, ensuring we are consistently investing in and upskilling our children’s key people to deliver outstanding practice.

We measure our success on our Ofsted inspection results rating and customer satisfaction.

Our commitment to you

Communication is key when building the relationship between nursery and home; ensuring you as a parent are involved in nursery life as much as possible and to understand how your child is progressing and developing.

Famly via our Grandir UK App

We have invested in a technology platform called Famly, and via our Grandir UK app you will have a two-way interaction from nursery to home, keeping you informed of your child’s day and the milestones they are achieving.

Parent evenings and feedback

We hold regular parent evenings, display dedicated parent notice boards and welcome both formal and informal feedback alongside reviews.

Regular in-person contact

You will have contact with your child’s key person and each staff member working in your child’s room every time you drop off or pick up your little one from nursery. Your Nursery Manager will also be available on a one-to-one basis.

Our commitment to your child

Child centricity is in our DNA: Our ME model sets out the behaviours, attitudes and practices our staff model with the children. They should expect no less.

Reflecting the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage and entwined with our company mission, vision and values, it describes what every child deserves to experience and forms the “DNA” that runs through our Grandir UK childcare teams.
