What Will You Be Doing?
As a GrandFlex Employee in our nurseries, you will:
- Provide a positive role model and uphold Grandir UK’s values.
- Ensure equal access and opportunities for all staff, parents, and children.
- Supervise and support children, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified early years practitioners.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Maintain high standards in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
- Address any concerns or issues with your line manager promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, planning sessions, and required training as a nursery assistant.
