Silks Farm Nursery Winter Sports Day

The children love going outside to carry out their sports sessions, no matter the weather! The sessions involve games that challenge and developed the children’s balance, holistic and gross motor skills. They also encourage the children’s language and communication as well as their sense of direction and ability to carry out instructions. The little ones were engaged the whole time, often asking questions or copying words and phrases. They also enjoyed working together as a team and demonstrated great turn taking skills to make sure everyone was involved.
