Lindum Day Nursery Settle Back into Nursery Life

Lindum Day Nursery and Preschool opened their doors to their families once more after the Covid-19 lockdown and the children have settled back into nursery life amazingly well after such a long period of time at home.

Our staff teams took the time to care and tend to each child’s individual interests on their return, as we were aware that their interests may have changed since being away from nursery, to ensure that the activities suit their needs. The children were really happy to see their friends and staff members, everyone had missed one another so much! Whilst the routines have changed slightly to accommodate new safety measures, all the children adapted well.

The babies enjoyed lots of sensory experiences whilst the older children looked at different books and tried to recreate some of the characters by drawing them. We’re very proud of all our children for settling back in and it’s been lovely to see their smiling faces back at Lindum Nursery.
