Dicky Birds Claremont Road celebrates 20 years with a family fun day and open day

Dicky Birds Day Nursery and Preschool in Claremont Road is marking a very special milestone this month as the team celebrates 20 wonderful years of caring for local children and families.

To celebrate two decades at the heart of the community, the nursery is hosting a family fun day alongside its Open Day on Saturday 7 February, from 9am to 1pm. The event is open to current families, prospective parents, and members of the local community who would like to join in the celebrations.

A day of celebration for families old and new

The anniversary event has been planned as a relaxed, welcoming day filled with fun activities for children and opportunities for families to explore the nursery.

Visitors can expect:

• A festive gazebo set up in the garden
• Arts and crafts activities for children
• Cookie decorating
• Face painting
• A raffle with prizes to be won
• A food and cake stall
• Party bags for every child to take home

The Open Day element of the event will also give prospective families the chance to:
