NMT Finalists Announced

We are thrilled to announce that three Grandir UK team members have been selected as finalists for the 2022 Nursery Management Today (NMT) Awards.

For the past two decades, NMT Nursery Awards have recognised and celebrated the many outstanding achievements of those working in early years and all the organisations that support the sector.

Despite all the challenges that are facing the sector, early years professionals continually demonstrate their commitment to the children and families they work with and support.

Room Leader

Amy Lucey, Kiddi Caru Northampton – Grandir UK

Amy started her childcare career in 2014 as a Nursery Practitioner after completing a student placement. Amy truly cares, is passionate, knowledgeable, and reflective; always aspiring to achieve excellence.

Operations/Area Manager

David Lord – Grandir UK

David Lord is an exceptional leader, a highly regarded peer and colleague, and a key member of the Grandir UK Operational Leadership Team with a career spanning 14 years.

Personality

Sophie Al-Noah – Silks Farm Nursery School – Grandir UK

Sophie is an inspiring leader with over 10 years experience in the early years sector. Every day she is full of enthusiasm, care and passion.

The 2022 NMT Awards will take place on 19th November at Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge where a panel of judges will decide the winners.
