Grandir UK wins Top 20 Nursery Group award from DayNurseries

We are incredibly proud to announce that DayNurseries has awarded Grandir UK a place in its Top 20 Nursery Group Awards for 2025!

Winning this prestigious award means that Grandir UK is one of the country’s Top 20 Large Nursery Groups. A large nursery group is defined by the DayNurseries’ website as one that owns 10 settings or more across the country.

We’re delighted to share that we’ve now won this award eight times, with our most recent recognition including a Top 20 placement in 2024. This ongoing success reflects the unwavering commitment of our incredible teams across the country.

What are the Top 20 Nursery Awards 2025?

Held every year, The Top 20 Nursery Awards are split into two categories.

The Top 20 Nursery Awards recognises the top 20 rated day nurseries in each region of the UK from South West England to North Ireland. This ensures a great variety of towns and cities are included including London, Brighton and Hove, Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, York and Bristol.

The Top 20 Nursery Group Awards meanwhile celebrates the top 20 Small, Medium and Large Nursery Groups in England.

All of the nurseries listed on daynurseries.co.uk are automatically entered into the awards. Awards winners however however, must meet each of the following 3 criteria:

1. Have a review score which might place them in the Top 20 in their region
2. Have 5 published reviews between 1^st April 2024 and 31^st March 2025
3. Be compliant with the regulatory authority as per our specified criteria

What is a Nursery Group’s review score?

A Nursery Group’s overall review score is determined by combining the number of reviews from parents and carers between 1^st April 2024 and 31^st March 2025 ,and the rating that accompanies each of these reviews.
