Grandir UK is one of the best companies to work for UK for a second year in a row!

It’s been another successful result for us at Grandir UK, as we have, once again, achieved the Great Place to Work accreditation, remaining to be one of the best companies to work for UK.

We could not be happier to have gained this accreditation, not once but twice now! Which highlights our unwavering commitment to creating a fair work life balance and a happy organisation for all our staff team across our nursery sites.

What is the Great Place to Work Accreditation?

As a reminder, the Great Place to Work organisation is the global authority on workplace culture, providing companies and employers with vital data into their organisations strengths and areas for improvement.

Through their research and survey results, businesses are able to benchmark themselves against the best companies to work for on both national and international scales.

This helps companies understand where they fall on the scale of best workplaces and where they can make improvements to management, technology and their services to help them become one of the top companies to work for in their country too.

The Great Place To Work service also includes advice on what areas companies should tackle within their business and the challenges they should work to overcome to create the best workplaces they can.

What does the survey entail?

Each year a company gets to send out an extensive survey to all employees that delves into various aspects of workplace culture. The questions are outlined by Great Place to Work company but there is also an option to add in your own to truly asses your employee satisfaction rate.

This survey measures the results in 5 key areas: trust, innovation, values, human potential maximization, and leadership effectiveness, which all play a key role into determining which organisations are the best companies to work for that year.

Each of these areas are assessed through 60 specific statements, contributing to an overall trust rating which company success is based on.

Grandir UK’s results

Just like last year, we scored in the top best companies taking this survey to achieve the Great Place to Work accreditation for the second year running, we could not be happier with the results!

These numbers identify our strong assurance to equality and inclusivity.

We have seen a significant increase in participation, affirming that the culture and environment at our company, Grandir UK, fosters opportunity, learning, and openness.” Comments Caron Moseley-Helbert, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Grandir UK.

“Our people feel empowered to have a voice and are treated with respect.
