Chingford Forest Day Nursery and Preschool relaunch: a fresh look, same warm welcome

We’re thrilled to announce that Chingford Forest Day Nursery and Preschool is reopening its doors with a bright new look and exciting updates to our nursery spaces! To celebrate, we’re inviting families to join us for a special relaunch open morning on Saturday, 29 November 2025, from 10 am to 1 pm.

This event marks a new chapter for the nursery; a chance for both current and prospective parents to explore our refurbished environment, meet our dedicated team and discover what makes our nursery such a special place to learn and grow.

Explore our refreshed nursery spaces

Our newly refurbished nursery has been carefully designed to create a safe, inspiring and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Families attending the relaunch will enjoy guided tours of our new rooms, offering a first look at the improvements made to support curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child.

Celebrating outdoor learning and exploration

One of the highlights of our setting is our exceptional outdoor provision, which includes three garden spaces and easy access to the nearby forest. Our location allows us to incorporate regular Forest School activities into our curriculum, helping children connect with nature and build essential skills like independence, teamwork and problem-solving.

At the relaunch, families can experience this for themselves through Forest School taster sessions, where little explorers can get hands-on with nature in a fun, interactive way.

• Family “Make & Bake” sessions inspired by our educational programme
• Forest School taster sessions in our outdoor area
