Katie
Katie has over 20 years of experience in the early years sector and has been part of the Kiddi Caru family since 2013. Throughout her career, she has progressed through our internal career ladder, earning a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young Persons Services. Her extensive experience across all age groups allows her to support her team in delivering the highest standards of childcare and education. What Katie loves most is welcoming families into the nursery and building strong, lasting partnerships with parents.
