Nursery Manager
Alicia has nearly 10 years of experience in childcare, beginning her career as an apprentice and progressing through a variety of roles. She has developed a strong understanding of child development and early years education, supporting children as they grow and reach key milestones. Alicia is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, while also building positive relationships with families and working in partnership to support each child’s individual journey..
