Since starting in the childcare sector at age 17, Kirsty Gray has dedicated over 30 years to Early Years Care and Education, working in both public and private sectors. Rising to Regional Operations Director, her mission has always been to make a difference. Her top strengths—individualisation, input, arranger, developer, and learner—have been key in opening new nurseries, integrating acquired sites, and leading teams. I value collaboration and strive to achieve meaningful impact. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, reading, and singing in a choir, which I find as fulfilling as working together in the sector to benefit children, families, and staff.
