Over her 30-year career in the private day nursery sector, Heather has progressed from nursery practitioner to Chief Operations Officer, navigating changes and challenges with a focus on growth and solutions. Heather holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management with Distinction, achieved while working full-time.
