Caroline Chandler is the Health and Safety Manager at Grandir UK, responsible for supporting and strengthening safe practice across our nurseries. With extensive experience in health and safety within early years settings, Caroline works closely with nursery teams to embed a proactive safety culture that supports the wellbeing of children and staff. She plays a key role in the development of Grandir UK’s Health and Safety Scholars programme, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality standards are maintained across our settings.
