Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Wellingborough graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted

The Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Wellingborough have been celebrating their ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.

Below are some points from the Ofsted report which the nursery team are most proud of:

• The nursery team have created an inclusive setting, where children and their families feel valued and welcome. The staff use a variety of books to teach children about diversity and ensure that the children’s family backgrounds are reflected in the nursery.
• Both the Nursery Manager and the wider team have built a broad and sequenced curriculum that covers all seven areas of learning. The team use the children’s assessments to plan exciting and engaging activities that build on what the children already know and can do.
• Parents are extremely happy with the care and education that the nursery provides. Parents say that seeing their children playing and talking with their key worker gives the nursery a real ‘family feel’.
