Kiddi Caru Wellingborough Design Their Own Robots

The preschool children at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool in Wellingborough have been extremely fascinated with robots recently.

Using cardboard boxes, the children have designed their own robots. They explored lots of new vocabulary to describe their creations, “Green means the robot is done, pink does a hairstyle.”

This interest stems from a robot delivery from the local CO-OP where the staff took the children into the car park to greet the robot and opened it up to see what was inside. He had delivered lots of cold drinks and ice creams for everyone to help keep everyone cool. What a brilliant learning experience
