Head Start Day Nursery in Milton Keynes rated Oftsed ‘Good’

The team at Head Start Day Nursery in Milton Keynes are celebrating their ‘Good’ Ofsted rating from their latest inspection.

The nursery team are so pleased with their score and want to highlight some of the fantastic comments from their report:

• Parents are very complimentary about their children’s experiences. They comment that, ‘They could not have asked for a nicer nursery.’ Staff help parents support their children’s learning at home, providing exciting projects for families to complete together, such as planting and growing Sunflowers.
• Managers are supportive of staff’s professional development. The nursery provides online training and also offer opportunities for staff to explore their own interests. Staff have access to a lending library where they can borrow educational books.
• The nursery team provide great support for children with additional needs. They seek advice and aid children in their speech and language development. They implement this consistently, helping children take small steps of progress.
