Charnwood Day Nursery Enjoy Sing & Sign

The team members at Charnwood Day Nursery recently underwent a refreshment training course for Sing & Sign. Staff learnt new songs and signs to deliver to the children, with help from Jessie the Cat! The little ones love taking part in the sessions to develop their communication skills, even before many of them can speak. This helps to elevate the babies and toddlers frustrations as they can sign for simple requests, such as ‘milk’, ‘snack’ and ‘sleep’.
