Nursery Baby Room Leader

Kiddi Caru Romsey, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Baby Room Leader to work as part of the management team. You’ll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

Role

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
