GrandFlex is our flexible way of working across selected GrandirUK nurseries.
Rather than working solely within one setting, GrandFlex colleagues can work across a local group of nurseries, supporting teams where they are needed while experiencing different environments, colleagues and ways of working.
Depending on the role available, opportunities may be permanent or temporary and can suit both qualified early years professionals and people beginning their career in the sector.
