What Will You Be Doing?

As a GrandFlex Employee in our nurseries, you will:

 

  • Provide a positive role model and effectively uphold Grandir UK’s values.
  • Ensure equal access and opportunities for all team members, parents, and children.
  • Supervise and support children, creating a welcoming, fun and engaging environment.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of a Level 3 qualified early years practitioners.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintain high standards in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
  • Address any concerns or issues with your line manager promptly.
  • Maintain company confidentiality where appropriate.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, planning sessions, and required training as a nursery assistant.
