Kiddi Caru Abington Grove Get Green Fingers

The preschoolers really enjoyed going vegetable picking in the garden to make soup for their tea. They used different tools to dig in the mud to find the parsnips and carrots. The little ones then washed and prepped the vegetables then cut them using safety knives before taking them to the nursery chef to make our soup! It was a great activity for the children to understanding how vegetables grow from seed up to the end product.
