Meet the host
Rupinder Padam
Nursery Manager
Starting at Kiddi Caru Hounslow in May 2023, Rupinder has been in the Early Years sector for over 10 years. She has held a role within the Senior Leadership Team for the past eight years and aims to continue acquiring new skills to support her professional development. Rupinder studied Childcare and completed a Foundation Degree in Early Years Teaching and Learning Level 5 as well as extensive training in Safeguarding, SEND and Leadership and Management.
